Description

This unusual and rather exquisite silver five division toast rack is dated Sheffield 1895. The shaped frame raised on a rounded rectangular base and four ball feet. The central division with heart-shaped handle.

Hallmarks:

H.A for the Atkins Brothers.

Sheffield Assay Mark.

Lion Passant.

Date letter "c" for 1895.

Dimensions and weight:

Length: 8.5cm / 3.3 inches

Height including handle: 9cm / 3.4 inches.

Width: 5.5cm / 2 inches

Weight: 59g or 2.1 oz.
