Antique Mahogany Chest of Drawers

An attractive 19th century antique mahogany chest of drawers. The straight front antique mahogany chest of drawers has an arrangement of two short over four long graduating drawers, each with decorative brass lion handles. The mahogany chest of drawers is raised on bracket feet. Wonderful colour and patina throughout.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, stains and scratches to the surface top and drawer fronts (pictured) along with some losses to the drawer beading. There is evidence of old historic woodworm to the back, sides and internal frame - this is long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. Overall, a good 19th century antique mahogany chest of drawers. Quite worn in places but still functional with plenty of life left in it.
