Description

A dainty single strand of fine seed pearls adorned with an enamelled silver pendant in a fantastic deep royal blue colour. The enamel is perfectly complemented by an applied solid silver vase of flowers set with old-cut pastes.

The necklace is in very good antique condition, there are no chips or cracks in the enamel. The silver clasp and safety chain, likely later additions, work as they should and close securely. The tiny pearls are well matched and very slightly creamy in colour with a lovely shining nacre.

Length: Approximately 18.5 inches.

Pendant size: 1.5cm.

Pearl size: Each pearl is unique but on average measures 2mm.

Weight: 6.2g.
