This is a very handsome late 18th early 19th century refectory table. The top is totally original and has a great finish to it. The base is rustic and maybe a slightly later addition but works very well together and gives this table a very attractive presence in a room. The piece is a great size making it ideal as a dining table that could seat 10 people comfortably or if you had the space it would be a stunning console as it isnt to deep. It has new pegs which we have added but this means the whole piece stands solid when put together.
