Description

A gorgeous opulent solid 18-carat gold necklace (and brooch) in typically elegant French Art Nouveau style with sinuous tulips adorned with gleaming natural pearls. Likely dating from c.1910.

The chain has a bolt ring at each end which unclips, and the C clasp folds in on a tiny hinge, to convert the necklace easily to a brooch.

In excellent antique condition.

Length: Approx 15 inches plus another 2.5 inches drop for the pendant (approx 45cm total).

Size: The brooch section measures 2.6 x 3cm (just over two inches wide).

Weight: 7.1g.
