A rare elegant mirror in a stunning original condition.
This Lovely mirror features Tunbridge ware Boxwood and ebony inlays which surround the mirror complete with an octagonal rosetta cross inlay to the top which stands on its 2 original white porcelain bun feet. The mirror glass is in good condition and is the original but does have some minor pitting and scratches as shown in the pictures. This mirror has obviously really been cherished and cared for as the condition is very nice, the original French polished finish is complemented by the idyllic lightly faded original colour with patina. We have sympathetically restored this mirror by just carefully waxing the original finish to preserve this item for many years to come and to give a lustrous shine to the polish.
Please note: this item is in very good condition for its age but will have the odd blemish. However, we feel that adds to the charm of the item so we have left it untouched and original.
