Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 18th Century.
The mirror with tapering upright supports, edged with line moulding, and topped by vase finials, holding the mirror frame, with an ogee shaping, sweeping into the leaf decorated gilt slips, enclosing the original bevelled edge plate.
The drawers with the original ring loop handles, and escutcheon plate, fronting the lock and key. The whole raised up on a rounded mould edge, as per the top edge, above bracket feet, centred by an arcaded repeat.
Date circa 1760.
