Description

A stunning solid gold Edwardian pendant and chain set with a deep blue natural turquoise, five baroque pearls and two tiny split seed pearls. The pendant has typically elegant sinuous Art Nouveau lines and the baroque pearls and turquoise are mounted within gold wire cages.

Both the pendant and chain are nine-carat gold, mainly in a slightly rosy colour with some yellow gold detail on the pendant. The chain is marked 9CT on the clasp.

Condition: There is a tiny break in the bottom gold wire across the turquoise but otherwise the piece is in excellent antique condition.

Length: Approx 15.5 inches.

Size: The total length of the pendant including the bail is 5.2 x 2.2cm (just over two inches tall).

Weight: 5.9g.
