Description

Gents 1950s Stowa Parat wrist watch.

The watch would have been manufactured in the 1950s by the German company Stowa, founded by Walter Storz in 1927.

The watch has a hand-winding movement which is working nicely.

The movement measures 34mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs so a good wearable size. The main body of the case is gold plated while the screw-on case back is stainless steel. There is light marking to the case but nothing too detrimental.

The lens is in lovely condition.

The dial is in good condition, just a shade or two of discolouration to the outer section. Original hands (the infill has come out over the years), a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
