The base consists of two pedestals with an arrangement of six drawers, each with original decorative brass handles. The antique oak pedestal desk is raised on bracket feet and castors.

CONDITION REPORT:
In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks to the surface top (pictured). The antique oak pedestal desk remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. The desk would have originally had an inset leather writing surface, this has been removed and replaced with a later painted finish. Comes apart in three sections for ease of transport. Overall, a good example.
