Antique Mahogany Writing Desk

An attractive antique Victorian mahogany writing desk or side table. The antique mahogany writing desk has a rectangular moulded surface top, with a raised gallery back. To the front sits two fitted drawers, each with wooden knobs. The antique writing desk is raised on four turned legs.

CONDITION REPORT:

In well worn antique condition throughout with various signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches, staining and shrinkage to the surface top (pictured). There is evidence of some historic woodworm, however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. The antique mahogany writing desk remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. Overall, an okay example of neat proportions.

Our carpenter inspects, repairs, and restores our items, so you can have full confidence that what you buy from us is ready for your home!

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered and a collection fee of £85 will apply, this would be deducted from any refund amount.
