Mid Victorian Pair of Engraved and Cut Lead Crystal Decanters C1870

Description

A mid Victorian pair of engraved and cut lead crystal decanters c1870. The bulbous body is engraved on each side with a wide spray of fern leaves, the outer stems reaching nearly half way round. The base is star cut. The tall neck is slice cut in 8 narrow panels up to the neck. They each have a well fitting diamond cut stopper. In perfect condition. No damage. And very decorative, as well as useful.
