Description

A well made cast iron doorstop marked A.K. & Sons with the numbers 462 above.

Archibald Kenrick set up the cast iron foundry in 1791 and in 1827 his sons joined him and their trademark was A.K & Sons.

The doorstop measures 18cm in height, 12.5cm across and the depth is approximately 8cm. It weighs 2.3kgs and is in good condition.
