Elmgarden has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The base consists of 4 panel doors enclosing 2 shelved cupboards with 4 drawers over these, the top section also has 2 shelved cupboards these are enclosed by 4 glazed doors. The sides of the top section are glazed and all the doors have handmade wooden swivel locks
The decoration is in very good condition, there is a little wear around the edges and corners but no more than would be expected on a piece of this age, the back has been replaced at some point
The cabinet is a heavy piece but it comes into 2 for transportation it is 83” tall, 70” wide and 19” deep
