The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The watch has a Swiss stem-winding movement which is working nicely.
The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 49mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the two case backs for Birmingham 1931 with a maker’s mark for the Birmingham based Dennison Watch Case Company. Dennisons manufactured cases for various watch manufacturers. The case is in very nice condition and the engine turned details is still nice and crisp. There is also a central vacant cartouche.
The watch glass has light marking across it.
The double sunk dial is in good condition, the centre section has darkened with age.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
