Antique Welsh Oak Chest on Chest

A large 19th century antique Welsh oak chest on chest or tallboy chest. The large antique oak chest of drawers has a moulded cornice to the top, with an arrangement of two short over three long graduating drawers. The bottom chest has an arrangement of three long graduating drawers, each with decorative Art Nouveau design brass drop handles. The antique oak chest on chest is raised on bracket feet and comes apart in two sections for ease of transport.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the drawers (pictured), also signs of shrinkage and splits to the sides (pictured). The antique oak chest on chest remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. Comes apart in two sections for ease of transport.

Our carpenter inspects, repairs, and restores our items, so you can have full confidence that what you buy from us is ready for your home!

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered and a collection fee of £85 will apply, this would be deducted from any refund amount.
