Description

A fine and elegant George V era silver oval photo frame standing on two silver ball feet with clear hallmarks for Birmingham 1918. The maker’s mark is slightly rubbed but looks like C&C Ltd or G&C Ltd and could be attributed to one of several Birmingham maker’s with these initials. The photo frame has an oak easel back. The silver frame has a good width of 1.5cm silver and side depth of 1cm all round. The sides are attached to the oak back with tiny pins. Both the silver surround and the back are in excellent condition.
