A very good early 18thc Oak ''close'' stool...it still has the original bracket feet, hinges, and ring handles....what is unusual it also has the original base boards....usually these close stools came with no boards in the base. It has gained a very good colour and patination and is in very nice condition throughout.
English. C1720-30.
