Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the Regency era.
The oak lined drawer has line inlay to the front and boasts a fancy brass knob, a brass lock and a diamond shaped escutcheon. It stands on finely turned legs capped with brass castors. In good condition, this piece would grace any room; it could be used as a laptop table or would work equally well as a lamp table. Chair not included.

Solid and sturdy. Wear and marks commensurate with age. In good condition, with beautiful colour and figuring. A small piece missing along hinged section of flap on one side.
