A magnificent antique silver two piece teapot and coffee pot set.
 
The teapot is beautifully engraved with flowers and leaves from the tea plant, Camellia sinensis, and the coffee pot is engraved with the leaves, flowers and fruits from the coffee plant.
 
Hallmarked for Birmingham 1870
 
Makers mark FE for Elkington & Co (Frederick Elkington)
 
Coffee pot height 30.5 cm, length 21.5 cm, width 15 cm, weight 910 grams
 
Tea pot height 19 cm, length 26 cm, width 19.5 cm, weight 902 grams
