18th Century Oak Chest of Drawers

A well proportioned 18th century oak chest of drawers. The antique oak chest of drawers has a rectangular shaped top and paneled sides. The oak chest of drawers has an arrangement of two short over three long graduating drawers, each with brass drop handles (not original handles). The 18th century oak chest of drawers is raised on two bun feet to the front, and two bracket feet to the back.

Height – 88.5cm / Width – 97cm / Depth – 56cm

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related scratches, stains and shrinkage to the top (pictured). There is further wear, including marks to the side panels (pictured). There is a small patch repair to the surface top (back left corner), however this does not affect the integrity of the piece. The oak chest of drawers remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. Finished with a fresh coat of natural wax.

Our carpenter inspects, repairs, and restores our items, so you can have full confidence that what you buy from us is ready for your home!

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered and a collection fee of £85 will apply, this would be deducted from any refund amount.
