Samson Porcelain Chineses Export Style Rose Medallion Tankard, moulded with a textured surface, with entwined double-strap handle, with a band of gilt geometric motifs to the rim, above a central galleried cartouche decorated with a bouquet and floral sprigs, with smaller galleries of plum and diamond form to either side of the handle, red faux seal mark to underside. Super quality and condition, with a natural small firing crack to one strap handle, does not detract and is a natural flaw. A highly decorative piece from the 19th century.
