A wonderful, small 17th century antique Welsh oak box. The Welsh oak box has a hinged lid that opens to reveal a neat interior. To the front there is decorative pin carved detail. A rather wonderful piece with plenty of character and charm.

Height – 27cm / Width – 50.5cm / Depth – 31.5cm

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and staining to the top and front (pictured). The hinges appear original. The Welsh oak box remains structurally intact although there are two small holes to the back corners of the base. A rather charming piece of early Welsh furniture.
