Omega Constellation Chronometer Exhibition Back C1964

1940 - 1960
Description

Incredible condition, professionally serviced with 12 month warranty.

The movement is the calibre 561 Chronometer grade fully automatic. Model reference number 168.005

The dial is in mint condition having been fully restored and it has dog leg lugs for that special interest.

It comes with an optional exhibition glass to the back of the case which makes it extremely interesting so you can see the actual movement but of course it has its original back with the constellation logo which is bright and crisp, the choice is yours.

It has a new after market beads of rice bracelet or we can fit a leather strap of your choice.

The diameter of the case is 34mm excluding the winding crown.

The watch has just been fully serviced and is guaranteed to be a genuine Omega in all respects. This watch has been fully and professionally overhauled, the process is highly detailed and meticulous.

The watch is stripped down to its component parts and each part is examined under a microscope for signs of wear, any worn parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers original parts. every part is then thoroughly cleaned in a 3 stage ultrasonic cleaning process.

The movement is then fully assembled using manufacturer approved oils and lubricants and is carried out in a clean room environment. The watch movement is then checked and adjusted for accurate time keeping. The cases are polished and the watch sealed.

Obviously this is not a cheap or quick process which is why our watches are sometimes a little more expensive than others but you can be assured our watches will give reliable and dependable service and will not require any further attention for many years.

Archival Detail
Every single antique dealer on our platform is individually approved by our internal team. We verify their professional trade history, ethical standards, and photographic quality to ensure a secure, high-standard buying environment. Upon joining, every dealer agrees to a strict 9-point code of conduct. While issues can occasionally arise, our dealers typically resolve them swiftly and directly with the buyer. In fact, since our founding in 2002, Sellingantiques has only had to step in to help resolve an issue on roughly five occasions—a true testament to the quality of our dealers and their dedication to your happiness.
Our dealers are highly experienced in packing and shipping fragile, high-value antiques. Because you are in direct contact with the dealer, you will be able to easily go through all available shipping and insurance options together to ensure your item arrives safely.
Antiques are the ultimate green purchase. By choosing historical pieces over newly manufactured goods, you completely eliminate the carbon footprint of modern mass production while preserving exceptional, timeless craftsmanship.
