19th Century Antique Oak Pew

A substantial 19th century decorative antique oak pew. The antique oak pew has decorative shaped sides, a solid oak plank seat, and a panelled back rest. There is a hymn book holder to the back. A rather large and heavy example.

Height – 92cm / Width – 204cm / Depth – 57.5cm / Seat Height - 46.5cm

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches, and staining to the seat, back, and sides (pictured). The antique oak pew remains structurally solid and sound. There is a small patch repair to the seat and some shrinkage gaps to the sides. There is some evidence of old historic woodworm in places - this is long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. Overall, a good, solid example of an antique oak pew.

Our carpenter inspects, repairs, and restores our items, so you can have full confidence that what you buy from us is ready for your home!

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered and a collection fee of £85 will apply, this would be deducted from any refund amount.
