This beautiful antique perfume bottle which is made of purple glass with a solid silver top is by top quality silversmith Asprey & Co and is fully hallmarked for 1938.

This globular scent bottle is unusual being made of purple glass, has a silver collar and hinged top that has a gilt inside. The original glass stopper is fitted and this piece is in beautiful condition.

A fine quality antique bottle which looks wonderful on display and would make a lovely gift.

Hallmarks: Fully hallmarked for silver, Anchor for Birmingham, makers mark A & Co Ltd for Asprey & Co. Asprey London. Date letter O for 1938.

Dimensions: 8 cm (3") Width. 8 cm (3") Depth. 10.5 cm (4") Height.

Total weight: 156 grams.

Condition: Excellent used antique condition with only very light signs of use in keeping with age. Glass is in perfect condition with no chips or breaks. The stopper fits perfectly.
