Regency Mahogany Pedestal Work Pembroke Table Circa 1815

Description

Fine Scottish Regency mahogany pembroke work table with drop flats and fitted with two mahogany lined drawers to front and similar dummy drawers to back. Raised on concave faced oblong tapering column onto shaped platform decorated with knull moulds and with shaped lags fitted with brass claw casters. All in fine original condition with a few minor veneer repairs to legs.. Fine rich colour with good waxed patina.

Size; 28.5" high, Top 27" x 19" open, 13" x 19" closed
