Description

Offered for sale is this antique oriental carved camphor trunk. Ideal as a coffee table or storage box.
Dating from 1900. Oriental made for the export market. Solid camphor. Nicely quality carved scenes to the top, front, sides and back. Brass lock plates. Standing on bracket feet. Nice brass corner joint brackets on the inside construction a good sign of quality.
Lovely colour and patina. Lovely smell of camphor when you open the lid. All are solid and sturdy
Measures 40" wide, 20" deep & 23" high
