Description

A small, rustic antique trunk in mixed woods. The rustic antique trunk has a hinged lid that opens to reveal a spacious interior. The trunk has exposed dovetail joints to the corners and old iron carry handles to either side. Raised on a plinth base.

CONDITION REPORT:

In well-used, rustic antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age related marks, scratches and staining to the top, front and sides (pictured). There are numerous repairs to the trunk using various different types of wood. Overall, the trunk remains solid and sound and is still fully functional. Finished with a fresh coat of natural wax. Rustic throughout.
