Antique Farmhouse Kitchen Armchair

An attractive and well presented 19th century antique farmhouse kitchen armchair. The armchair has a slat or lathe back with shaped arms, raised on turned uprights. The solid seat is raised on four turned legs with a double H stretcher support. Finished with a fresh coat of natural wax. This farmhouse kitchen armchair has a wonderful pale colour and would work well in a farmhouse kitchen or rustic kitchen.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and staining to the seat (pictured). The antique farmhouse kitchen armchair remains structurally sound with good tight joints. Some minor splits to the seat - these do not affect the integrity of the chair. Finished with a fresh coat of natural wax. A particularly good example.
