Marylebone Antiques has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
The quality is excellent and this is a very useful size.
There are two drawers on the front and dummy drawers on the back, so it appears identical on both sides. The drop down flaps are held up by supports that unfold, this has lovely brass handles and sits on brass casters.
We have recently had this re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.
