Description

A neat, antique Edwardian inlaid mahogany revolving bookcase. The revolving bookcase has two tiers with each tier having four compartments for books. The bookcase is raised on a quad form base and has decorative inlaid detail throughout.

Height – 81cm / Width – 51cm / Depth – 51cm

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches, and staining to the top (pictured). There are chips and losses to the veneer in places along with some slight lifting. Structurally sound. The revolving bookcase would probably have been raised on castors originally – these are no longer present and instead, the bookcase sits on the quad form base.
