Description

A magnificent large antique Victorian pedestal desk in mahogany. This was made in England & dates from around the 1860-1880 period.

The quality is excellent and this is a great size. It sits on a plinth base and has lovely original brass handles. It is beautifully polished on all sides, so can be used as a free standing item; the solid wood lined drawers have fine dovetailed drawers. The drawers are all graduated in depth & all have locks.

This has an inset leather top that is hand coloured and gold tooled. The condition is excellent for its age, we have just had this re-polished.

This desk has a large working area on top & a very generous kneehole area. It comes apart into three sections for easy transportation.
