Description

A stunning pair of antique French marble top tables with gilt bronze ormolu mounts. These were made in France, they date from around the 1930-1950’s.

They are of fabulous quality and are a very useful size. They would be perfect for use as bedside cabinets or end tables either side of a couch. The quality is fantastic, they are beautifully made from a variety of inlaid and solid woods. The gilt bronze ormolu mounts are also of very good quality, with a lovely pierced gallery around the marble tops. They are beautifully finished on the backs as well, so can be used as free standing items.

The condition is excellent for their age, we have given them a clean and wax polish, there is no major damage to be seen. The marble tops have a lacquered finish which does have a couple of small ring marks on one table, we were unable to remove them and they are not visible in the images, and only faintly visible in real life.
