Description

Gents Eterna-Matic wrist watch, 1961.

The watch has a 17-jewel automatic movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and it has the serial number 4524050 which dates it back to 1961.

The watch measures 35mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is stainless steel. It has general light surface marking and some scratching to the case back where a tool has slipped in the past. The inside of the case back is signed Eterna Watch Co.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial has its original dauphine shaped hands, centre seconds sweep and outer minute markers. There is light freckling across the dial.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
