A Good, Polished Deal, Victorian Collectors Cabinet. Circa 1890.

Description

A good victorian polished deal 16 drawer collectors cabinet circa 1890.

This cabinet originally housed a collection of british butterflies and is very well made. It stands on turned bun feet and the sixteen drawers all run smoothly and have closely fitting glazed frame tops. They are base lined with a layer of cork and papered within. Original lock and key.

The cabinet will lend itself to a multitude of collecting pursuits and we are able to re-line the drawers with acid free white cartridge paper or a layer of plastazote if required. Please contact me with your specification.
