Antique 19thc Treen Turned Yew Wood Stool / Candlestand. English C1840-60.

A small 19thc yew wood stool standing on four boldly turned legs, possibly used as a candlestand to bring the light up closer to the needleworkers eyes, who would be doing fine needlework or sewing, or just simply made to show the skill of the turner / bodger who made the stool, .....sometimes known as a ''dresser'' stool....excellent turning, colour & condition.
