Maltese Olive-wood Centre Table Circa 1825

Description

Rare early 19th century Maltese olive-wood centre table with banded segmented octagonal top and raised on three well turned uprights onto shaped platform base with scrolling feet. Has Maltese cross inlaid to centre of top. All in fine original condition with no breaks. Wonderful rich honey colour with great waxed patina. A lovely table.

Size; 26" high. Top 30" (point to point).
