Description

A very unusual piece of silver retailed by a top Parisian outlet Kirby Beard & Sons 5 Rue Auber, Paris near to the opera.

The piece resembles a miniature cake stand.

Kirby Beard & Sons started out in the 18th century manufacturing pins.

The name Kirby Beard & Sons with is etched into the silver can still be seen below the London silver marks.

The silver marks are for London 1904 and the makers mark is that of George Betjeman & Sons.

There are also two other small marks, but I could not make these out, but it would make sense that they are possibly French marks.

There is a very minor crack to the bottom tray, I only mention this so that my description is accurate.

H 19 cm

Width of trays 6.5 cm

Width including feet is 10 cm
