The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a seven jewel 610 grade stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement has a Breguet hairspring for enhanced precision and nicely decorated plates. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 23486874 which dates it back to 1920.

The watch measures 50.5mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the gold plated and is the Empress model from the American Watch Case Company. The case has minor surface marking from use but overall it is in nice condition.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside, there is a glass lens which is in good condition.
The single sunk signed dial is in lovely condition and has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
