A very good example of a mid 18thc oak side table...it stands on the most beautifully carved ''ball and claw'' foot...the first I have had on a piece of country furniture, usually you would expect to see this quality on walnut furniture of this period...it has elegant cabriole shaped legs and is inlaid around the drawer edge and on the top....very good colour and in excellent condition.
