A Late 18th Century Walnut Windsor Chair.

Description

A late 18th century walnut and fruit wood windsor chair, having a tight spindle back and out swept scrolled arms, a finely curved elm saddle seat above turned legs, joined by a crinoline stretcher.

The chair has had some restorations with various old iron work repairs and timber repairs, commensurate with age. Overall the windsor has superb colour and patination and is in excellent usable condition.
