Description

A superb five piece silver plated tea set by highly respected maker Thomas Bradbury and Sons. Bearing the manufacturers date letter for 1883, the set comprises of a tea pot, a coffee / hot water pot, sugar bowl, milk jug and a spirit kettle on stand. Beautifully stylised with turned wooden handles and of an unusual octagonal form.

The condition is generally very good with no dents and virtually no plate wear to the outer edges. There is some discoloration to the interior of the coffee pot and milk jug. The tea pot is worn to the interior base. The spirit kettle has a clean interior. The condition is what can be expected from age and use.

Spirit Kettle - weight approx 978g. Total height approx 27.5cm. Total span approx 20cm.

Coffee Pot - weight approx 663g. Height approx 22.5cm. Total span approx 23cm.

Tea Pot - weight approx 581g. Height approx 17cm. Total span approx 25cm.
