Description

A splendid mid 18th century, Georgian, burr walnut knee hole desk. Of excellent construction in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers onto a solid oak carcas, with oak drawer linings. With an arrangement of one long and six short drawers and a central cupboard, all cross banded and feather banded. The top is also cross banded and feather banded and fitted with a central panel of figured oak veneer. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent condition, with a fine colour and patina.
