Early 20thc Brass Column Table Lamp

19th century
Description

Circa 1900-1920 a fine quality brass column lamp with a gilded Art Nouveau relief around the base on all four sides. It shows the face of a woman with long hair surrounded by leaves and berries.

The lamp is 40cm in height to the very top, the tiered base is 16cm square, it

weighs 2.8kgs and has been rewired to UK specifications by a qualified electrician.

The column is made of vertical striations with a flat section in the centre on each side as can be seen by the reflection of colours and the camera light.
