Gents 9ct gold Longines wrist watch, 1967.

The watch has a 17-jewel calibre 284 hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and it has the serial number 14814640 which dates it back to 1967.

The watch measures 34mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for London 1966, together with the name Baume, the UK agents for Longines. The case has general light surface marks but overall the condition is good. There is an inscription to the back of the watch, AM to SWP 1967.

The lens is in lovely condition.

The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, seconds sweep and outer minute markers. There is some surface marking to the dial.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a vintage Longines presentation box although the interior cushion is missing.
