Quality Victorian Mahogany Antique Desk Chair
This mid 19th Century Quality Victorian Mahogany Antique Desk Chair dates from ca. 1860. It has a shaped back with padded back and seat, having a stud trim. This fine Victorian chair has out-swept scrolled arms, stands on splayed back legs and has elegant turned front legs with white porcelain castors. The Mahogany has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of bees wax finishing.
