Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The lantern with a loop hanging finial above the domed candle smoke diffuser, with a folded edge. The rising scrolled supports holding the flower bud finial, from which hangs the long brass shank, running to a boss, from which sweep three branches, to hold dished drip pans and campana candle holders.
Each corner with scrolling decorations to the tops and bottoms. One panel a hinged door, opening to allow access to the candle holders. The bronze panels holding the bowed and serpentine glazing.
Date circa 1830.
