A beautifully presented, quality, library/table/bracket clock by LEITH of LONDON.
The mahogany case retains it''s original French-polished finish and has a lovely age related patina. It has brass returns to the canted corners and a brass carrying handle. There is an ebonised applied moulding to the underneath of the dial and a fluted stepped base., and standing on brass bun feet.
The 4'' white painted convex dial has black Roman numerals and nicely cut hands. It has a cast brass bezel with convex glass. It is signed ''LEITH. LONDON''.
The 8 day, timepiece fusee movement has just been fully overhauled by our BHI registered staff and carries our usual 12 mths full parts and labour guarantee. It has a London style pendulum and is signed with the makers name.
