Description

A well-proportioned antique pine trunk or storage chest of rectangular form. The antique pine trunk has a hinged lid that opens to reveal a spacious interior with a candle box to the left-hand side. There are iron carry handles to either side of the trunk and exposed dovetail joints to the corners. Raised on a plinth base. Finished with a fresh coat of natural wax.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks to the top (pictured). The antique pine trunk remains structurally solid and sound. Finished with a fresh coat of natural wax.
